Print long-form explanation for a lint rule.

shapes_options
aprender#3715: --shape and --release-* as the shapes gate’s options. They mean something ONLY under --gate shapes; anywhere else they are refused (exit 3), because a release flag that was silently ignored is a release gate that silently did not run.
