Derive a pointer address from an owner key.

BLAKE3::derive_key rather than a hash of a prefix and the key. Chunk addresses are BLAKE3(content) over the same 32-byte range, and derive-key is a different mode of the same function: the ranges still overlap, but putting content on one of these values is a preimage problem rather than a string anyone can write down. The node still refuses an address the other kind occupies; that guard now covers the cryptographic case only.
