Get the full commit hash of HEAD.
Mirrors ctx.Git.FullCommit in GoReleaser (resolved at git-pipe time and
reused everywhere downstream). Used by the source-archive stage to
produce deterministic archives across consecutive commits when
git_info was not pre-populated by an earlier pipe.
