Load an .fbx file and retain its conservative scale capability inventory.

The returned source is inventory-only: neither scale operation is enabled for FBX by this API.

Returns LoadError::Path when the path cannot be passed to ufbx, LoadError::Fbx when the FBX container cannot be parsed, and LoadError::Bake when an animation take cannot be baked.
