Registry-independent engine-prediction provenance and per-check evidence.
The types in this module are immutable output-contract values. Engine
registries project their resolved facts and settings into the sibling
crate::engine_contract wire types; prediction records only consume those
projections and loader-owned evidence from the same crate::LoadedSource.
