After a Bash call: bind a preview register that ran as the last
command of the line, in the foreground, to this session and prompt.
Returns what the session must hear: a register that did not bind cannot be approved by any answer, and in PR #302 that failure was silent — the journal knew, the agent asked anyway, and the approval bound nothing.
