Crate amont_agent_process 

amont-agent’s work process: the plan-review panel, the implementation review, preview approvals, provenance, shipped and the attestations sweep, whose verdicts hold or release an agent’s tool call (decisions ADR-0039). It builds on the guard (amont-agent-guard) and never names the binary.

attestations

~/.claude/amont-agent/attestations/ is swept, except what a plan cites.

content_id

The content id (attest SPEC, “Content id”; decisions ADR-0034): what an implementation review and a preview approval bind to. Shared by both, so neither reaches into the other for it.

guide

The preview guide (fleet rule work.preview-is-guided): what the person reads before they are asked to approve a preview.

impl_review_outcomes

amont-agent implementation-review record: what the implementation review found and how each finding was settled, kept so the seat can be judged on its own record (ADR-0042). One row per invocation is appended to <journal dir>/implementation-review-outcomes/outcomes.jsonl. plan-review stats reads it through crate::review_outcomes::read_rows. The ledger is kept outside implementation-review/, which only the hook may write.

implementation_review

The implementation review (ADR-0022, work.implementation-review): before the push of a branch that carries a plan, one independent reviewer has read the diff against the plan and the active rules, and its verdict is bound to the tree it read.

plan_apply

amont-agent plan-apply: applies the Patches: a plan-review reviewer handed back to the plan file, with no model (docs/plans/2026-10-11-plan-review-edits-apply-without-opus.md).

plan_review

Every plan passes its review panel before the person sees it (ADR-0022, work.plan-review-panel).

A plan’s text as reviews bind to it: the canonical body the panel’s sha is taken over, its fences, and what a repository’s package.json says about having an interface. Shared by the plan-review panel, preview approvals and plan-apply, so none of them reaches into another for it.

The in-progress plans of the repository a session opens in (ADR-0022).

preview

Preview approval (ADR-0028, which replaced ADR-0023): a UI-changing commit is published only after the person approves that exact commit, seen on localhost — unless the plan the person approved declares, in a ## Preview section, that the evidence is enough (on_plan_answered, evidence_of).

provenance

The unsigned provenance record of a pushed commit (amont-provenance-v1, attest SPEC; decisions ADR-0036). When the implementation-review hook passes a push that carries a plan, it files what it knew about the push under <config dir>/amont-agent/provenance/<repo>/<pushed sha>. Only the hook writes there; a signer reads it later.

push_preview

push-preview — a push that would publish interface changes no approved preview covers (ADR-0028, work.preview-unless-planned-evidence).

review_outcomes

amont-agent plan-review record: what each plan-review reviewer did, kept so the panel can later be judged on its own record (docs/plans/2026-10-11-plan-review-learns-model.md).

shipped

amont-agent shipped <plan.md> [--json]: what shipped under a plan, derived from git (decisions ADR-0036). Read-only: the one thing it writes is the two local note refs it fetches, and temporary files for the signature check, which it removes.
