pub fn no_video_encoder_message(
codec: NativeVideoCodec,
offered: &[NativeVideoEncoderCapability],
gpu_output_unavailable: Option<&str>,
) -> StringExpand description
Why an export of codec has no encoder, and what to do about it.
“h264 encoder is unavailable” reads like a bug in alpha2. What decides is
the GPU-resident path, which says why it declined (gpu_output_unavailable,
when the caller knows), the linked runtime, which says what it offers
instead (offered, every codec’s encoders), and for H.264 whether
OpenH264 is installed. The message names all three and the ways out.
