pub fn parse_webvtt(text: &str) -> Result<ImportedCaptions, CaptionImportError>

Reads WebVTT (.vtt) text. NOTE, STYLE, and REGION blocks are ignored.

Errors

Returns CaptionImportError::MissingWebVttHeader unless the text begins with WEBVTT, and CaptionImportError::FileTooLarge or CaptionImportError::TooManyCues for a file past the import limits.
