Trusted endpoint calls keep logical input separate from an optional HTTP request.
Structs§
- Endpoint
Call - Genuine logical endpoint data available to hooks and application callbacks.
- Endpoint
Context Patch - Context patches accumulate without replacing the original input seen by later before hooks.
- Endpoint
Definition - An operation registered by an installed plugin, independently of its HTTP routes.
- Endpoint
Error - Actual application/API failure, with headers accumulated before an API error.
- Endpoint
Input - Validated handler input. The dispatcher retains raw patched data for after hooks.
- Endpoint
Options - Per-call options. Absent headers remain distinct from an explicitly empty collection.
- Endpoint
Output - A successful call retains the actual value, since after hooks can replace its shape.
- Endpoint
Response - A returned value or intentional API error, available to completed endpoint hooks.
- Server
Endpoint - Typed operation input. Dispatch decodes the final input after before-hook patches.
Enums§
- Before
Endpoint Action - A before hook can accumulate input changes or finish without reaching the handler/after hooks.
- Endpoint
Phase - Runtime normalization phase, retaining absence in original logical inputs.
Traits§
- Endpoint
Hook - Installed application middleware for logical endpoint calls.
Functions§
- current_
endpoint_ call_ context - is_
endpoint_ api_ error - Intentional endpoint/API errors continue through after hooks; ordinary failures propagate.
- with_
endpoint_ call_ context - without_
endpoint_ call_ context - Isolate an independent HTTP dispatch from an enclosing logical endpoint call.
