Crate airs_cli_rs 

airs-cli-rs: a native Prisma AIRS CLI built on the scm-sdk crate.

run is the whole process: version pre-scan, argument parsing, usage validation, a current-thread Tokio runtime with signal-driven cancellation, the command, and the exit-code mapping (DESIGN §2).
