Module layer 

TraceLayer — the probe decorator (RFC-0015 §2/§5.3).

Wrap Arc<dyn LanguageModel>; generation and streaming are automatically probed: fingerprint (denoised request body) → LCP lookup → judge → sink. No trait changes, no provider changes. The auditor is pluggable and off by default (verdict = None, plain passthrough).

Built-in rules engine (RFC-0015 §4.2). Stateless — the strict/shared mode comes from JudgmentInput.strict, set by the layer.
