Parse an endpoint string into a ParsedEndpoint (pure; no transport needed).

• unix://PATH / uds://PATH → Scheme::Unix.
• a bare path (no scheme://) → Scheme::Unix (the shorthand).
• serial://PATH (optionally ?baud=N) → Scheme::Serial.
• tcp://HOST:PORT → Scheme::Tcp.
• anything else → ClientError::UnsupportedEndpoint.
