Crate agentstatedeveloper_typescript 

TypeScript / JavaScript language adapter for AgentStateDeveloper.

Implements LanguageAdapter on top of tree-sitter-typescript. Parses module-level functions, methods, classes, and arrow-function-bound variable declarations, then runs a small substring-based effect inference pass and extracts intra- + cross-module call edges.

Tree-sitter API: this crate targets tree-sitter-typescript 0.23.x, which exposes LANGUAGE_TYPESCRIPT and LANGUAGE_TSX as LanguageFn constants. If you bump to a later 0.23.x and the build breaks, switch to the language_typescript() / language_tsx() functions.
