Plan L t-006: walk a Python file’s call nodes and report any that the static resolver couldn’t bind to a workspace qname. Includes stdlib + third-party + dynamic — callers should treat the count as “static-resolution gap,” not “bug list.”

Filters out a small known-stdlib allowlist so the output isn’t drowned in print / len / range calls. Anything else gets reported, including third-party calls (which are useful to see — they tell you “these dependencies sit outside the indexed scope”).
