Shared ASD repo registry — ~/.config/asd/repos.toml.

find_db_upwards

Walk up from the current directory to the filesystem root, returning the first .asd-state.db found — git-style project discovery. Shared by the CLI default-db resolution and the asd-mcp server so both isolate to the project the process was started in, independent of the registry’s active repo (Plan Q t-002 / Plan S t-004).
