pub fn resolve(topic: Option<&str>, allow_proxy: bool) -> Value

Local resolve with a cross-binary proxy fallback: if topic doesn’t match any local feature, consult the shared index for other tools and ask the owning binary directly (e.g. asd proxies an unknown topic to ctx help).

allow_proxy is false for the proxied child call (via --no-proxy), which makes this collapse to a pure local respond — the single-hop loop guard. A successful proxy returns the owner’s doc annotated with proxied_from.
