(stem, entry_count, byte_count).
Plan K t-007: honors .asd/config.toml for sharding. Config is
resolved from out_dir’s parent (the project root); missing
config = default Class sharding. For per-Package mode, writes
<out_dir>/<stem>/<package-key>.jsonl and returns one row per
non-empty (class, package) pair.
