Subcommands: mark — attach a verdict (useful/noisy/missing/wrong_layer) to a (query, symbol) pair list — display all recorded verdicts, optionally filtered to one symbol expire — lapse a verdict so it stops influencing search ranking withdraw — retract a verdict that should not have been recorded purge — hard-delete a verdict from both stores (escape hatch)
