Module think 

asd think <verb> — capture agent thinking (Plan G t-003).

Five verbs:

• speculate –conf F –summary S → Hypothesis
• model NAME –symbols q1,q2 –summary S → MentalModel
• failed –tried T –because B → FailedAttempt
• question –q Q → OpenQuestion
• list [–kind X] [–symbol Q] → read-side

Entries use deterministic blake3-derived IDs so re-running the initial-read prompt overwrites instead of duplicating.

INITIAL_READ_PROMPT

Initial-read prompt template, embedded at compile time so asd think prompt works from any CWD (AcmeProj or any other project that asd indexes — not just the AgentStateDeveloper source checkout). The embedded copy lives inside the crate so the published package builds; docs/initial-read-prompt.md is the copy people read, and initial_read_prompt_matches_docs keeps them equal.
