Module prompt 

Prompt requests, responses, and incremental output streams. Prompt inputs, exact terminal responses, and transient output observation.

crate::prompt::PromptRequest applies per-prompt overrides to inherited workspace and Agent settings. crate::prompt::PromptStream observes the same accepted owner as unary prompting: deltas are transient, and only crate::prompt::PromptEvent::Completed conveys its authoritative response. Dropping observation does not abort accepted work.
