The MCP revision this plane serves and offers.
One definition because it is one fact. It is the set server/discover
advertises, the ceiling initialize may negotiate to, the revision each
request is validated against, the revision the client offers first, and the
one the interop page publishes — and a revision that disagrees with the
advertised set is drift a caller finds before we do.
The extension decides it, not the date. A governed suspension has no expression on this wire without the Tasks extension, so the dependency is on the extension and this revision is the one that carries it — which is why the published support policy is stated per extension.
