Agent Knowledge 1.0 signed contributions and discovery.

JSON boundary APIs preserve complete signed values. Typed payloads preserve absent versus explicitly empty optional fields; application data stays opaque. Knowledge events are immutable, portable objects: acceptance never consults a live-write nonce cache. Core validation never fetches URLs, executes procedures, or certifies truth.
