Phase: P3 - Production Hardening
Constraint: SoA (Structure of Arrays) layout with manual dirty-bit tracking.
Purpose: Replaces Bevy ECS with a specialized, hyper-optimized storage engine
to minimize extract_deltas latency at massive scale.
