Outputs a -1.0 to 1.0 modulation signal. Not audio-rate.
Param layout: 0 = rate (Hz, 0.01 – 20.0) 1 = depth (0.0 – 1.0) 2 = waveform (0=sine, 1=triangle, 2=square, 3=sample-and-hold, 4=random-smooth) 3 = phase (0.0 – 1.0, initial phase offset)
