Immutable, permanently versioned Objects contract and reference providers.

FILE_DESCRIPTOR_SET: Canonical public descriptor set used by compatibility and conformance gates.
MAX_CA_CERTIFICATE_BYTES: Maximum caller-supplied private CA bundle accepted by the client.

ObjectsProvider: Public semantic provider implemented by memory, customer-hosted, and Acyclic adapters.
