Passed as &HostAbiFn through the dispatch path. Wrapped in an Arc (rather than the historical Box) so that the wasm Component Model host can clone the bridge into its Store<HostState> for the duration of a dispatch without forcing every call site to rebox — cloning an Arc is a refcount bump, safe to do per dispatch.
