The actix-web prelude for library developers

The purpose of this module is to alleviate imports of many common actix traits by adding a glob import to the top of actix heavy modules:

BodyEncoding	Helper trait that allows to set specific encoding for response.

MessageBody	Type that provides this trait can be streamed to a peer.

Service	An asynchronous function from `Request` to a `Response`.
Transform	The `Transform` trait defines the interface of a service factory that wraps inner service during construction.
