Serialize a module as redacted JSON.

Properties that legacy consumers rely on and auditors check:

  • secrets (and strings equal to a secret literal) become SECRET_MARKER;
  • blobs project their identity only (hash, size, media type, taint);
  • quantities project {"value": n, "unit": "<name>"};
  • annotations and provenance project as data, never as executable text.
