One line: name challenges eab directory.

profile list’s row. The directory URL comes last despite being the field an operator most often copies, because it is the only one here with no bounded vocabulary: a base URL varies by tens of characters, and any column after it would be ragged. The two flags in front of it are padded and so line up down the listing.

The bypass state is painted through Palette::warn because it is the one field here that is a warning rather than a value: an endpoint that marks a challenge valid without checking anything is an open CA wherever [filter] is empty, and /ui/profiles flags it for the same reason.
