acme-proxy filter show|explain — reading the configured access policy.
Argument marshalling and profile resolution only; everything printed comes
from acme_proxy_policy::filter::explain, which is what lets the panel serve show
from the same renderings without moving any logic. explain stays here and
only here; why is recorded there.
