Module audit 

The audit_log model: append, read back, purge by age.

Deliberately narrow. There is no setter of any kind and no update: a row is INSERTed once and thereafter only read or deleted wholesale by AuditEntry::cleanup. That is the whole reason the table has no foreign keys either — see the header comment in migrations/20260809120000_add_audit_log.sql.
