Module profile 

How a configuration generation builds every Profile it mounts.

build_all resolves the profiles, gives each its filter policy, challenge registry and signer handle, and fails as a whole: a configuration with one broken endpoint mounts none, at startup and on a reload alike. The startup checks that span sections — server.request_timeout_ms against a custom signer’s timeout — live here too.
