Module datetime 

Datetimes as the wire and the operator surfaces render them.

Stored timestamps are epoch seconds; what a client, the admin API, a page or the CLI shows is RFC 3339 — the shape RFC 8555 uses for its datetime fields. One renderer, so a value cannot read differently on two surfaces.

Renders epoch secs as an RFC 3339 datetime string, falling back to an empty string for the out-of-range timestamps that should never occur in practice.
