Server-side interceptor chain.
ServerInterceptor allows middleware-style hooks before and after each
A2A method invocation, whatever the binding it arrived on, and one hook,
on_complete, that sees how every call
ended. ServerInterceptorChain manages an ordered list of interceptors
and runs them sequentially.
