Surface Green’s function calculations for semi-infinite systems.

This module implements algorithms for computing the surface Green’s function $G^s(\omega, \mathbf{k}\parallel)$ of semi-infinite tight-binding systems. The surface Green’s function is defined as: $$ G^s(\omega, \mathbf{k}\parallel) = [\omega - H_{00}(\mathbf{k}\parallel) - \Sigma(\omega, \mathbf{k}\parallel)]^{-1} $$ where $\Sigma$ is the self-energy due to the semi-infinite bulk.
