Build the linear dimension annotations for a feature type from its input_params. Dispatches on the primitive-solid type; returns [] for any type without an FD-1 builder (extrude / revolve / booleans / etc.).

input_params should already have its numeric fields resolved to numbers (the engine resolves expression strings against the history env before calling this — see EngineState::feature_dimension_annotations), but plain numeric strings are tolerated here too so the pure geometry stays testable.
