Variants

Borda0

max_rank for first, 0 for last (1 for first if max_rank is 0)

Borda1

max_rank+1 for first, 1 for last

Nauru

1 for first, 1/(max_rank+1) for last; in practice multiplied by lcm(1,2,..,max_rank+1) so that all scores are integers
