SingleOrWorkspace

An enum representing either a “single crate” handle or an entire workspace. Use SingleOrWorkspace::detect(...) to try loading a workspace, and if it fails specifically with WorkspaceError::ActuallyInSingleCrate {..} we fallback to a single crate handle.
