Statistics collected at each snapshot during a BECH run.
Fields§
§time: f64Simulation time.
mean_s: f64Mean scalar order parameter of the rotor Q-field.
n_defects: usizeTotal number of detected disclinations.
n_plus: usizeNumber of +1/2 disclinations.
n_minus: usizeNumber of -1/2 disclinations.
defect_density: f64Defect density ρ_d = n_defects / (Lx Ly).
mean_phi: f64Mean lipid volume fraction ⟨φ_l⟩ (conserved; monitors numerical drift).
phi_variance: f64Variance of φ_l (grows as phase separation develops near defect cores).
mean_grad_phi_sq: f64Mean |∇φ_l|² (proxy for total CH interfacial area / lipid shell thickness).
