Macro vec1::vec1

macro_rules! vec1 {
    ( ) => { ... };
    ( $first:expr) => { ... };
    ( $first:expr,) => { ... };
    ( $first:expr, $($item:expr),* ) => { ... };
}

a macro similar to vec! to create a Vec1

If it is called with less then 1 element a compiler error is triggered (using compile_error to make sure you know what went wrong)
