Mostly for testing purposes, this looks up forms by name. In the “real world”, programmers look up forms by syntax, using a parser.
This is the Unseemly language.
Remove an ExtendEnv without respecting its binding behavior.
This is safe if directly inside a Node that was just freshened.
(TODO: think about what “just” means here. It’s super-subtle!)
