Marker trait for plugin-side extension state.

Mostly an implementation hint: plugin-shared mutable state should be held behind Arc<…> and Send + Sync. This trait does not enforce anything but documents the expectation.

Dyn Compatibility

This trait is dyn compatible.

In older versions of Rust, dyn compatibility was called "object safety".
