- Summarizes totals over one calendar quarter.
For example, Q1 2023 or Q3 2024.
Tracks various transaction totals and counts across 3-month intervals.

- Enumerates which “quarter of year” a date belongs to.

- CreateQuarterlySummary
- Defines an interface for creating quarterly summaries (grouped by quarter).
If dates are invalid, returns a
QuarterlyError.
- start_of_quarter
- Returns the first day of the quarter for a given date as
Ok(NaiveDate), or
returns Err(QuarterlyError) if constructing the date is out of range.
