}Expand description
Strategy for handling constraints in the acquisition function.
Variants§
ExpectedFeasibleImprovement
Expected Improvement weighted by the product of probabilities of feasibility for all constraints (EFI = EI * Prod_i PoF_i).
ProbabilityOfFeasibility
Pure probability of feasibility: Prod_i PoF_i. Useful for cold-start when no feasible point is known.
ConstrainedExpectedImprovement
Constrained EI: EI penalised multiplicatively by PoF.
AugmentedLagrangian
Augmented Lagrangian BO: treats constraint violation as an additive penalty to the objective surrogate.
