Data for a request to the create_message_event API endpoint.

Send a message event to a room.

Fields

room_id: RoomId

The room to send the event to.

event_type: EventType

The type of event to send.

txn_id: String

The transaction ID for this event.

Clients should generate an ID unique across requests with the same access token; it will be used by the server to ensure idempotency of requests.

data: Box<RawJsonValue>

The event's content. The type for this field will be updated in a future release, until then you can create a value using serde_json::value::to_raw_value.
