IP address utility functions

Functions

address_equal	Compares two `IpAddr`s, checking for IPv6-compatible or IPv6-mapped addresses.
address_name	Returns an IP address formatted as a domain name.
socket_address_equal	Compares two `SocketAddr`s, checking for IPv6-compatible or IPv6-mapped addresses.

Search Tricks
