rid: RepoId

Repo being fetched.

from: NodeId

Peer being fetched from.

refs_at: Vec<RefsAt>

Refs being fetched.

timeout: Duration

The timeout given for the fetch request.

channel: Option<Sender<FetchResult>>

Result channel.
