A safe strnlen() function.

Calls C++ function: unsigned int qstrnlen(const char* str, unsigned int maxlen).

C++ documentation:

A safe strnlen() function.

Returns the number of characters that precede the terminating '\0', but at most maxlen. If str is 0, returns 0.

This function was introduced in Qt 4.2.
