Connect to a crate::Server, reading profile data and feeding it to a puffin::FrameView.

Will retry connection until it succeeds, and reconnect on failures.

pub fn new(addr: String) -> Self

Connects to the given http address receives puffin profile data that is then fed to puffin::GlobalProfiler.

You can then view the data with puffin_egui.
